Role : Healthcare Business Solutions Architect Location : (Remote Contract Position) 3+ months extendable contract Skills/Experience needed: MUST have strong Healthcare Payor experience Experience as Healthcare Business Solution Architect who can perform: An assessment of Healthcare payor clients current End to End Account Implementation process for their full service and Third Party Administrators (TPA) would be beneficial to reduce the implementation time from 120 to less than 60 days prior to the 1/1/2025 sales cycle ending. This includes new sales and renewals, primarily focused on transition of customers from full service and TPAs. Will be engaged with SMEs in Customer Service, HCM and Technology Product Lines Claims, Markets, Data analytics, Health Care management, Ancillary, EAS and DAS. The assessment would document: Current state account implementation process (IT & Business) for full-service and TPA business, including time measures for tasks 1+ days. Current enhancements, defects and pain-points that would reduce account implementation cycle time. Proposed people, process or technology solutions, including automation to reduce account implementation cycle time. Proposed account implementation cycle time dashboard. High level interactive delivery plan for 2024. Sample opportunities to dive deeper on: Requires the account to be set-up in test in all areas and today its mostly a manual process Bluestar, Plan Profile, GCPS, Labor (SCP) Table, etc. Requires test members to be manually loaded into BlueStar, currently takes 1-3 weeks and cant start until account is in BlueStar test. ECM file requires a release to add each new account. SDO and eGateway work together to set-up the integration in test and production, takes 4-6 weeks. Decision timelines for 151-500 may push this into January. Currently SAM is on point to complete the Shell benefit paperwork for HB clients, and with each new AE on these customers, there are constant delays in getting accurate and complete paperwork. Required data transitions for existing and new accounts with Prime result in 4-6 week prior to eff date due dates for set-up and eligibility. This would be highly problematic in the 151-500 space given decision making timelines of these groups. Limited SMEs at both HCSC and Prime require benefits to be vetted, finalized, and submitted 45 days prior to go live in order to ensure accuracy. Given the amount of production issues being found it is recommended to increase the 45 day window.
