Excellent customer service skills with strong focus on customer satisfaction Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends or holidays as required Must be process and detail oriented with the ability to multitask Added advantage, knowledge on VCF on VxRail, VDI administration Technical/Functional Skills: Management and administration of vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) and ESXi infrastructure Responsible for trouble-shooting customers VMware ESXi Infrastructure issues Scheduling and performing VMware patching and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established SLAs and procedures. Controlling administrator rights on VM Infrastructure, permission's, VM templates, clones, snapshot.
