JOB TITLE: Cloud Engineer Duration: 6+months Location: Montgomery, AL Visa: USC MOI: Skype Client: Air Force. The Job is mostly remote, but the person will be on-site for the meetings 2 times a month in (Montgomery, AL). Qualifications: Bachelor of Science / Engineering degree in one of the following fields: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Min 5 years experience in AWS. Strong expertise in Linux and Ansible/Infrastructure as Code (IAC) in the AWS environment. AWS certification. 5+ years of systems engineering experience delivering and managing complex enterprise IT projects Identify, define, refine, and manage requirements Develop use cases and/or user stories Produce system design and process documentation Leading or performing application testing Use agile product development and delivery methods Strong oral and written communications Meets DoD 8570 Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD Secret Clearance or Higher. Prefer local candidates, remote possible but only for very strong candidates. Additional Desired Skills: Experience supporting DoD Cloud Environments (Cloud One, milCloud, AWS, Azure) DevSecOps tools Software configuration management tools Commercial Cloud (AWS or Azure) certification Cybersecurity experience Automated Testing experience Experience with Ansible Please Make sure the person has the following: Must have Secret level Security Clearance. Federal Government Must be US Citizens. Must have AWS Certification. Min 7 Years of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Min 5 Years of Ansible & Terraform. The person should have 5 + years of AWS.
