| Role: QA Analyst Location: Mahwah, NJ (hybrid) Performs a broad range of complex technical and professional work functions to identify, investigate, analyze, and help remediate defects in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Access Certification and Auditing tools. Assists with the design, enhancements, and implementation of the Information Security Quality Assurance program to support IAM best practices and ensure required functionality is deployed to production environments with minimal defects. Works collaboratively with the Lead QA Analyst and the requirements, development, and support teams to implement testing strategies which includes, but is not limited to, automation in support of a robust regression test effort. What You Bring: Experience with Quality Assurance methods, best practices, and tooling required. Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365 (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Attention to detail, ability to plan and organize multiple work streams required. Experience collaborating with highly motivated and skilled teams required. Ability to work independently required. Experience with Information Security, Identity and Access Management, and/or Access Certification and Auditing is highly desired.
