Required Skills/Experience 7 years experience managing multi-phased test management in major technology transformation projects public sector / Child Welfare technology experience preferred. 5 years experience managing vendor-delivered professional services for testing 5 years experience managing / coordinating UAT activities across complex organizations with multiple business Groups Extensive experience in UAT and End-to-End System Integration Testing Preferred Experience working in a testing programs featuring cloud native, digital SaaS platforms Experience with CI/CD platforms for test workflow integration including ADO Detail Experience Tracks vendor progress for pre-UAT testing across phases, tracks progress to meeting UAT entry criteria, including: Pre-SIT System Testing End-to-end SIT (System Integration Testing) including Reporting / BI Performance Testing Mock Conversion Testing Mock Conversion Data Validation Security and Operational Readiness Testing Tracks vendor pre-UAT KPIs and defect trends for analysis Works with vendor to manage pre-UAT test status dashboarding, status communications, and interpretation Reviews pre-UAT vendor test assets and deliverables Reviews vendor pre-UAT Master Test Plan and provides feedback, manages MDCPS dependencies Provides feedback related to testing best practices and potential testing-related gaps Manages testing-related issues and risks for the MDCPS project Reviews vendor-developed MDCPS UAT Test Plan and provides assessment / feedback to ensure the plan is actionable and comprehensive Develops level-of effort estimation for MDCPS UAT activities Identifies critical dependencies for MDCPS UAT testing Develops MDCPS UAT testing schedule With MDCPS project leadership, outlines roles and responsibilities for UAT testing and MDCPS team structure Coordinates MDCPS tester on-boarding and training Launches cadence for tracking UAT activities and manages status reporting Manages MDCPS test script design for UAT, upload to MDCPS testing tools Manages MDCPS testing tools configuration and maintenance for UAT Defines MDCPS UAT Test Calendar and execution goals Facilitates day-to-day management of UAT test team Reviews pre-UAT defect trend analysis to prioritize testing in particular modules or functional areas Manages UAT test data dependencies and test data set-up Manages UAT integration test dependencies and logistics Manages MDCPS test execution for UAT Manages MDCPS defect administration for UAT, assists in verification and prioritization of defects Tracks MDCPS progress for UAT testing across phases, tracks progress to meeting UAT exit criteria Tracks UAT KPIs and defect trends for analysis Manages shakeout testing as new versions of code are deployed to the UAT environment Provides UAT-related results information into Production planning meetings and project Go / No Go With MDCPS project leadership, identifies Production gating defects and issues and provides prioritization direction to vendor development team Assists in the identification for potential workarounds for Production gating defects and issues Manages transition from UAT to vendor / MDCPS Business as Usual test process Manages post-Production UAT testing efforts in the Hypercare period Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment business intelligence golang microsoft |
