Job Description - Implementation/SME consultant Location: Remote but occasional travel to Brewster, NY required (expenses covered) Duration: 18 Months Visa: Only USC/GC MOI: Skype Requirement: need an implementation/SME consultant for a very niche product called PM-Pro. The client is an electronics manufacturing company. They need a PM-Pro (Precious Metals Commodity Management software) Subject Matter Expert to implement PM-Pro or another Precious Metals Commodity Management software at their Brewster, New York plant Three Keys: Proven experience implementing PM (Precious Metals) management software applications (PM-Pro, MIMICS, CoreIMS, OpenLink, Suntech, Heraeus, Crow ERP, etc.) Integrate PM software with SAP and other ERP Apps, automate PM processes, provide support, troubleshoot issues, etc. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to collaborate with technical and business teams, define & document requirements, create flow charts, white papers, training material and perform end user training Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in implementing and integrating SAP solutions, particularly with a focus on precious metals management (PM-Pro or equivalent). In-depth understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, especially within finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful implementation and integration projects. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging training sessions. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. Detail-oriented approach to documentation and disaster recovery planning. Thanks and Regards.
