Role : Project Manager (AEM) Location: Fountain Valley, CA Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing AEM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities: Take end-to-end ownership of complex and large-scale cross-functional initiatives, including project scope, roadmap planning, resource planning, project execution and project delivery Lead the implementation of AEM solutions, including content management, digital asset management, and personalization. Develop a detailed project plan, identify potential risks & communication gaps, and implement mitigation strategies. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, resolve dependencies and support to the teams. Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure effective integration and customization of AEM functionalities. Drive projects according to the plan, ensuring adherence to project milestones, deadlines, and budget Experience: Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its capabilities Technical understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and digital experience management concepts. Guide the development team throughout the implementation process while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Thrive in complexity and jump at the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects within tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Desired Candidate Profile. Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is must PMP certification or other relevant certifications (related to Agile or Scrum) are a plus.
