Mandatory Skills Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System Job Description Minimum 10 + years of BY-WMS support experience supporting BY-WMS version 2019 and above Managed atleast 4 end to end delivery of BY WMS Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Page builder, Reports and labels Able to read MOCA logs and pin point issues with MTF server tasks, Integration tasks, other BY-WMS functionality Strong experience in integration of JDA WMS with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator. Hand on experience in HOST/WCS/TMS/Parcel integrations ( All or any one is ok) Should know BY-WMS functionality end-to-end with ability to understand the installed configuration Has experience in managing SLAs Able to prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR) with knowledge or MTTR, MTTS Well versed with the support protocols such as escalation paths during P1/P2, Major Incident Management (MIM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Keywords: |
