Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor. Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects within the Business Intelligence domain, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Utilize BI expertise to provide insights, guidance, and strategic direction to the project team. Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and proactively implementing mitigation strategies. Foster clear communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain a strong focus on quality, ensuring that project outcomes meet or exceed established standards. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap and facilitating understanding. Uphold a professional and presentable demeanor in all interactions, representing the project and organization effectively. Qualifications: Proven track record as a Project Manager in the Business Intelligence field. Strong understanding of BI concepts, tools, and technologies. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Professional presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience in managing project scope, schedules, and budgets. Capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage diverse project resources. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Relevant certifications or degrees in Project Management or Business Intelligence are a plus.
