Job Title: Workday Solution Architect

Location: Hartford, CT (Remote)

Minimum Mandatory Skills:
HCM and Payroll implementations, Workday and ADP implementations as an Architect, Workday PECI and PICOF integrations, Time and Attendance Integrations, General Ledger File Integrations

Detailed JD:

Define the holistic enterprise wide architecture to address business strategy, problems, needs, and opportunities.

Provide the reusable standards, guidelines, patterns and frameworks for application development projects.

Use your knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

Apply essential, unifying concepts and principles of IT systems, their components, relationship to each other.

Consider the environment, and the principles guiding design, development, and evolution of systems that include applications, platforms, and enterprise system of systems.

You will get to: Assess customer experience of IT services Work with Business and IT stake holders to understand the areas of opportunity

Works with IT domain teams to develop standard architecture, patterns and frameworks

Develop standard architecture, patterns, and frameworks Identify digital opportunities to support the business strategy

Work with domain teams to develop and maintain reference architectures

Responsible for the development and maintenance of conceptual, logical, and physical application architecture

Interacts with various business and IT stakeholders throughout the planning, PMO, SDLC and Service Management Processes Identify complexity reduction opportunity by enabling alignment to standards

Working with the BUs, responsible for retirement of obsolete applications and technologies

Identify applications and technologies which are end of life Identify domain specific areas to be incorporated for future state BU app portfolio Support the effective integration of frameworks and corresponding processes with other related business and IT processes and patterns from an architectural standpoint Identify areas requiring creation of governing principles to guide information, technology, and solution decision making for the enterprise

Functional Skills:

Ability to tie together solutions across systems Business acumen HR and Payroll acumen Business process modeling Facilitation Knowledge of required technologies (incl 3rd party solutions) Understanding of future technologies ITFS Project Methodology knowledge

Technical Skills:

8+ years of hands-on experience with Strong Knowledge in HCM and Payroll implementations

6+ years of hands-on experience with Expert knowledge in Workday and ADP implementations as an Architect

Strong Hands-on Experience with Workday PECI and PICOF integrations, Time and Attendance Integrations, General Ledger File Integrations and other payroll processing inputs

Ability to create demonstration scenarios to highlight key functional requirements for presentations to business user groups
