[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : Scrum Master Location : local to Jacksonville, FL Duration : 6 months Visa : No H1b/CPT Job Description We need candidates with Scrum Master certification and good Scrum Master experience Major Responsibilities as a Scrum Master: Guides and coaches the team on how to use the Agile framework Resolves team's impediments Facilitates Agile ceremonies and ensures they are understood and followed: Sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective Servant Leader: maintains productivity and function for the team Manages the scrum board Maintains project financials and status reporting Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration Helps team implement changes effectively Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guides teams to higher scrum maturity Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager: Demonstrate leadership by leading the planning and implementation of project Demonstrate strong organizational, presentation and communication skills Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plans Establish and coordinate project teams Manage project financials of project budgets from $100K to multi-millions Manage project resource allocation Plan and schedule project timelines Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning Efficiently identify project issues and develop issue resolution action plan Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and adhering to project methodology Direct and oversee project team and manage conflicts within group Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable Ensure quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Develop and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals Develop and present project evaluations and assessment of results Thanks and Regards Sarfaraz Khan US IT Recruiter | Convex Tech Inc Email: [email protected] Contact: 469-300-7818 LinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarfaraz-khan-stellar/ Keywords: information technology Florida |
