Position: Software Developer, USC/GC/GC EAD only Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 12+ Month MOI: Phone and Video Requirements: Software development experience with large and complex systems (7+ years); Experience supporting solutions through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC); Experience working with project stakeholders identifying and refining solution requirements; Experience driving critical decisions about the following key solution aspects: organization of the solution, high-level structure, main components, interfaces, performance, resilience, reuse, comprehensibility, scalability, and security; Experience leading and mentoring technical teams; Experience and knowledge of Network and System development and deployment; Experience working with OData and OData REST APIs; Experience creating and monitoring continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; Experience performing code reviews to ensure compliance with identified standards of practice; Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies; Experience working in SQL Server Reporting Services, LINQ, Oracle, Toad for Oracle; Experience working with the following programming & scripting languages: .Net Framework, .Net Core, .Net Standard, C#, MVC, Entity Model (EDMX), VB.Net, ASP.Net; Experience working with Shell Scripting, YAML, JavaScript Libraries, HTML, CSS; Experience working with Azure AD Federation Services, Azure DevOps, AWS, or Google Cloud; Experience working with Active Directory, IIS Administration; Experience working with Telerik Kendo UI, Bootstrap; Experience working with Visual Studio; Experience working with XML Web Services; Experience working with SSRS; Experience working in Windows Administration (preferred); Experience working with Auth0, OAuth 2.0 (preferred); Experience working with MSBuild Tools (preferred); Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields. To substitute equivalent work experience for a degree, the candidate must have four years of work experience in addition to the minimum required years of experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Work under the direction of the Agencys designated project manager or the Lead Applications Development Supervisor.
