Client: State of Minnesota Duration: Long term Job Description Deliverable 4 Prepare and submit a Final Report that includes the following: An analysis of current business processes, including recommendations for immediate and future changes. An analysis of the current system technical design and functionality. An analysis of the business requirements for a new system. A high-level analysis of system requirements, including integration and conversion requirements. An analysis of technology options, including but not limited to: Advantages and disadvantages of each option. An estimated percentage of requirements that will be met with each option, using the prioritization methodology established in Deliverable 2 (e.g. % High, % Medium, % Low). Industry standard cost range estimates for the purchase, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance for each identified technology option. An estimated implementation timeframe for each identified technology option. Recommendations for the next steps of the modernization project. (The States ability to procure any recommended technology option will be dependent on State procurement law and on State procurement vehicles available at the time.) An Executive Summary Report for stakeholders with the considerations of cost, scope, and time for all of the different options that could be developed, adapted, and/or configured to meet the needs and requirements of MN stakeholders. Vendor (Company) Minimum Qualification Three (3) years experience providing IT solution analysis services Vendor (Company) Desired Qualifications (for all of the Desired Qualifications items below, experience within the last 5 years is preferred) Experience working with state government Experience providing project management services Experience providing business analysis services Experience providing cost estimation analysis services Experience providing scope estimation analysis services Experience providing application modernization analysis services Minimum Qualifications of Resources The following are examples of the resource roles that the vendor may provide to perform the work. Each resource that the vendor provides to perform the work must individually meet the following minimum qualifications for their respective role(s). The resources will not be evaluated as part of the contracting process, but their qualifications will be reviewed prior to work starting. The State reserves the right to reject any resources on the vendors team that do not meet these minimum qualifications, and to require that different resources be brought in that do meet the minimum qualifications. Application/Systems Enterprise Architect: Five (5) years combined experience in application architecture and/or system architecture. Business Analyst: Five (5) years experience performing IT business analysis functions. . Project Manager: Five (5) years experience performing IT project management functions.
