Experience with large data warehouses sourcing data from ERP, POS systems. Experience interfacing with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using cloud-native data engineering principles. Experience in designing, building, and scaling data pipelines across a variety of source systems and streams including ESBs and APIs. Solid understanding of analytic data Architecture, Data modelling concepts and principles, including data lakes, warehouses and marts. Experience owning and managing a full pipeline within a large project, including interfacing with business stakeholders, architects and senior leadership to effectively communicate status and concerns. General understanding of cloud data engineering design patterns and use cases in AWS or Azure or GCP. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, and experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
