Its a temporary to permanent position type. Job Description The ServiceNow Platform Architect will support the team with hands-on experience in Architecting, Solutioning, Leading, Code Reviews, Strategy, Roadmap. Responsibilities Include: - Maintain sound understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture - Liaison with business analysts to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standards - Present and evangelize the solution to architecture guilds and management - Work with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation/development plan for new features/applications/solutions by developing epics and stories - Participate in Agile ceremonies by leading in all technical aspects, including leading the demos to the Product Owner and all applicable stakeholders - Evangelize the developed solution to team members and work with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashion - Motivating developers, testers and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns. - Keep up to date with industry trends and developments - Delegating tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achieved - Performs Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state - Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns - Active participation in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases - Develop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews. Required Skills Certification Requirement: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required. In addition, must have one of the following: IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) OR Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) OR Discovery (CIS-Disco) - Must have very strong Scripting abilities - Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire - Experience in integrations, Ebonding and data design. - Experience in Configuration of ServiceNow TSM ( ITSM +CSM). - Experience in Service Assurance Workflows (TSOM), Configuration of the Out of the Box Service Assurance Workflows (SDWAN) Is a must for this profile - Experience in the CSM applications along with ITSM, and ITOM Applications, Specific in Event Management; - Experience in Design and configuration of the FedRAMP ServiceNow = Big Plus - Experience in design and implementation of domain separation; - - Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; - Thought leadership and the ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions - A strong interest in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints. - Experience in the agile management framework - Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions - Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills SUBMISSION FORMAT: Full Legal Name- Email ID- Phone Number- Visa Status- Current Location- Currently on a project- Total years of experience: Relocation- DOB (MM/DD) Full SSN Salary/Rate- Availability to start:- Availability to interview- Educational Details- Thanks & Regards Gurpreet Singh Technical Recruiter : [email protected] Desk No - 980-294-7418 || Ext.
