Experience in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM forms Experience in implementing Dynamics CRM views and visualizations Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration. Experience working with data migration and loading for Dynamics 365 Experience with Microsoft CDS (common data service), Dataverse Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints Good experience in below technical skill Net framework JavaScript Azure Active Directory SharePoint site configuration. UI/UX write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data is desired Key Responsibilities Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage (experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations from environment to environment is a plus) Ability to develop CRM workflows, plugins and monitor/troubleshoot related issues Understanding of core concepts surrounding CRM Demonstrated experience in C# .NET Framework Experience with ATDD/BDD (Gherkin syntax with SpecFlow in Visual Studio is a plus) Nice to have Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM or something similar).
