Leads the implementation of reliable, scalable, cost-effective, high-performance solutions across organizations. Advises on design documents Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Office 365 environments, including SharePoint Online and Exchange Online, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability Serve as a subject matter expert on Office 365 services, providing guidance, best practices, and training to internal teams and end-users Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and on-premises to cloud migrations, ensuring smooth transition of data, applications, and services Collaborate with IT teams to plan, execute, and oversee migration projects, identifying risks and mitigating issues Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for Office 365-related incidents and problems Implement security measures and compliance policies within Office 365 environments to protect sensitive data and meet regulatory requirements Monitor and manage system health, performance, and capacity, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies Participate in the evaluation and integration of new Office 365 features, updates, and third-party tools to enhance productivity and user experience Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions Collaborate with IT architects to design and implement scalable and reliable Office 365 solutions that align with organizational goals Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and facilitate training and Supports Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
