Must have: Strong experience in design, development, and architecture of Genesys Engage technology with specialization in voice, email, and work item channels. Expertise in building and managing custom solutions using Genesys SDKs Ability to articulate complex design solutions to business stakeholders and other IT teams. Experience in developing IVR code using composer and routing strategies using IRD. Strong presentation skills through documentation or PowerPoint presentations Nice to have: Experience with Genesys Pure cloud and experience migrating on-prem to cloud.
