| From: SAPNA, ITECS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Must to have ServiceNow Discovery Platform and all the certifications mentioned below the requirement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Title: ServiceNow Discovery Administrator Remote / On-site requirement / Travel %: 100% Remote Project Details / Open Reason: ServiceNow Discovery Administrator - Initiating and maturing the discovery of cloud-hosted computer servers using the native ServiceNow discovery platform. Targeted cloud environments will include AWS, Google, and Microsoft Azure. Work closely with the configuration Management Process Owner, Lead Analysts, IT Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure personnel to obtain necessary ServiceNow account access and privileges for automated discovery. Primary goal will be to populate and update the Configuration Management Database with these cloud hosted servers. Secondary duties will include maturing and maintaining existing on-premise discovery patterns and probes for Configuration items. Required Skillsets : 5+ years experience with ServiceNow Configuration modules and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration. 5+ years experience with ServiceNow Discovery procedures, including credential establishment, discovery pattern development, discovery scripting techniques, and discovery error troubleshooting. Working experience with ServiceNow Tokyo or Utah platform versions. Expert knowledge the ServiceNow CMDB table architecture and associated child tables, including table columns and relationships. Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Asset Management Database (AMDB) table architecture and associated Hardware child table. Working knowledge of ServiceNow data integrations, including developing Transform Maps for data mapping or Integration Hub implementations. Able to work with little to no technical direction. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Talented interpersonal skills and requirement gathering skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
