Day to Day : Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and end users to gather requirements and gain a deep understanding of business needs. Document technical specifications, design documents, and code changes to ensure effective knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive system documentation. Utilize your expertise in Oracle Application Express (APEX), OAF, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other Oracle development tools to design and develop innovative Oracle applications. Customize and extend Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Cash Management, to align with our specific business requirements. Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to enable efficient data manipulation and implement robust business logic. Leverage your skills to create and modify Oracle workflows, alerts, and notifications, automating crucial business processes. Conduct thorough unit testing, system integration testing, and provide support during user acceptance testing for Oracle applications and solutions. Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Oracle applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Stay updated with the latest Oracle application development best practices, emerging technologies, and new features within the Oracle ecosystem. Take on additional duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and commitment to success. Needs: Proven experience as an Oracle Applications Developer or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle development tools. Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX), OAF, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle PL/SQL. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS data structures, modules, and underlying technology components. Experience in customizing and extending Oracle EBS modules to meet specific business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
