At least 4+ years of exposure as L3/SME support role. Knowledge and Understanding of ITIL process. In client facing role(s) for at least 3 years. On call support for at least 3 years. Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013, Confluence Knowledge on AWS Cloud services like RDS, S3, Redshift etc MySQL/PostgreSQL knowledge / experience. Linux Knowledge. Experience with Azure Experience with Snowflake Experience in PowerBI Responsibility : Ability to think about a problem, identify what we have and implement solutions to solve the problem independently. Work with onsite client team / Application owners in US / UK to Migrate Applications, Database building and Decommissioning. Ability to take lead on some projects and works as part of a team (follow another leader on others) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to think in and out of the box. Produce service improvement ideas and innovative solutions. Self-motivated, conscientious, dedicated individual who works equally well independently or as a member of a team Must be willing to take responsibility and ownership instead of waiting to be assigned work. The candidate must be willing to provide On-call and weekend support for SQL and MYSQL, the support is rotated among DBA's in US and India Enable and support the team in resolving day-to-day production issues, application upgrades and patches, performance analysis, disaster recovery implementation, capacity planning and other activities as may be necessary. Work on Change implementations during UK, US business hours & weekends as per change management process Documentation & Operational performance reporting Own Service Improvements Execute on demand IT projects.
