JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title Technical Project Manager Job Location New Jersey / Philadelphia (Hybrid) Direct client- Indegene Job Description Indegene is looking for Onsite Technical Project Manager having knowledge of handling various MarTech projects. Single Point of Contact for all demand Projects, Maintenance Workorders, Support, etc. Oversee Demand, Delivery and Support Tasks to ensure they are completed on-time, within budget and with minimum quality issues. Review & approve responsible to review and approve deliverables prior to launching, review deliverables from the agency / build partner, etc. Communication meeting regularly with the important project stakeholders (brands and team members) Process ensure our build partners and agencies are onboarded on our processes and are following the processes and providing us the deliverables. Issue Resolution First point of escalation for the Brands, Agencies, and Build Partners Financials ensure WO and PO are signed off. Status Reports Maintain a summary status report for their projects and communicate risks / issues Desired Profile: Around 4+ experience in Project Management capacity ideally in digital transformation/MarTech projects with Analytics, including all aspects of process development and execution. Client Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, Escalation Management, Process Management Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
