Role: Data Engineer Location: Remote Duration: Contract Experience: 8+ Years JD: Primary Responsibilities Understand existing data model of Oracle E-Business Suite application (R12.2.4) (both oracle and custom) and create target data models for cloud applications as part of modernization efforts Documentation of existing and future state data structures for application and reporting needs Collaborate and review new data models with application architects, application teams and leadership for execution Create data migration strategy for migrating historical data from legacy Oracle E-Business Suite to new database incorporating Industry best practices Evaluate data migration tools for migrating legacy data to new database Design and development of solution for extraction, transformation and loading of data in new database Create transition state data strategy for dual system (transition state) Create data retention and archiving strategy for new database Review, evaluates and communicates appropriateness of Database design and Modeling techniques and results to team, leadership, and stakeholders. Must Have Skills Proficiency in data modeling, database design principles, and ETL processes Strong understanding of data objects, relationships, and customizations Technical expertise with data models and segmentation techniques Hands-on experience with SQL database design Experience with data integration tools and technologies Strong understanding and experience building ETL/ETL solutions for both structured and unstructured data sets Familiarity with handling data mutations and creating streaming ingestions Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases Experience in data migration programs from legacy to Cloud applications Nice To Have Skills Expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Data Models Understanding of FHIR standards Experience with Healthcare or Pharmacy business domain Experience with large data migration projects with big data Best Regards, Keywords: |
