Title: Senior Java Developer Location: Phoenix AZ (Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design of end-to-end data integration solutions using Informatica tools. Gather and analyze business requirements to design integration strategies that meet performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability goals. Create technical specifications and integration workflows. Provide expert guidance to development teams in designing and implementing ETL processes and data integration solutions. Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices, coding standards, and Informatica tool usage. Collaborate with other architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient integration strategies. Optimize performance and efficiency of existing ETL processes, making necessary adjustments as needed. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data scientists to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions. Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and Informatica Cloud enhancements to drive innovation. Demonstrate understanding of Informatica Cloud offerings, including Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration. Design and implement complex integration scenarios, including hybrid cloud and multi-cloud setups. Evaluate and recommend new Informatica Cloud features that enhance integration capabilities. Work closely with project/segment leads to ensure timely delivery of integration projects, adhering to project timelines and priorities. Document architecture designs, integration workflows and standard operating procedures. Establish and enforce data integration governance standards and best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of integration solutions and processes. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the Informatica PowerCenter Domain. 5+ years of experience as an Informatica Integrations Architect or similar role. 4+ years of experience in the Informatica Cloud Domain. Solid understanding of data integration best practices. Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, SAP HANA) and data formats (e.g., JSON, AVRO, XML, CSV). Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and data formats (JSON, AVRO, XML). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize complex integration workflows. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with Informatica tools is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployment is a plus. Informatica certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
