Responsibilities:Assist in technical/Functional analysis to improve supply chain operations and works to increase efficiency and reduce costsWorks collaboratively with partners in IT, business areas and vendors in understanding, documenting, and enhancing business requirements to create technical, and/or functional specificationsParticipate in the creation of requirements, design, build, validation, implementation, and/or maintenance of IT application systems and/or infrastructure solutions in support of our current, and future business needsHelps document integration needs and design/development/solution patterns that can be reused optimallyPerforms solution verification to ensure the solution is built in accordance with the specifications meeting business and technical requirements example, finding Lost POs or invoices, tracking down, resolving issues with POs/invoices not matching, etcProvides support and/or interfaces with support teams, internal or external, to ensure business and technical issues with applications and/or infrastructure are resolved timely and effectivelyParticipates/partnership with business partners and QA, in creating and executing test plans for SIT/UAT along with data preparationSupport data integrations between ERP and other supply chain systems; including but not limited to, SYFT, Prodigo, iLab, and GHX.Participate in cross-functional projects and deliver on project related tasksPerform other related duties as requiredAssist with master data management and developing ERP best practices Keywords: quality analyst information technology purchase order Massachusetts |
