Remote, EST hours Long Term Contract Strong experience in working as a product owner and senior business analyst. Hospitality experience Prior Experience in working on projects using Scrum and SAfe framework is a must Minimum 7 years of experience as a business analyst and product owner Work with the product managers and business stakeholders to elicit requirements Collaborate with the Product Managers to define Initiatives and Features. Break Features down to User Stories and work with product owners to prioritize the Product Backlogs for the team Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish stakeholder requests from the underlying true needs Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs, translate them into requirements Collaborate with the Scrum Team to define Acceptance Criteria for User Stories. Review User Stories to ensure all defined Acceptance Criteria has been met Support the Scrum Teams accomplishments and receive feedback at Demo and Review Serves as a conduit between the business and the software development team through which requirements flow Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups; executives, scrum teams, and subject matters experts.
