Must have experience with supporting large application portfolio [10+], Onshore/Offshore teams and direct customer interactions working in shift hours. Must have excellent communication (meeting, phone, verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skill. Excellent problem solver, quickly analyze and evaluate scenarios to develop appropriate solutions. Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other peoples opinions and solution-oriented team player. Champion industry best practices, creating Proof of concepts and ability to learn and demonstrate new technologies solutions to customer and team. Good experience of XML, XSLT, Web Services and understanding of Web API. Working experience with MVC, WCF, AngularJS, JQuery, Windows Forms, and SSRS. Nice to have skills- Deep knowledge of IIS configuration, scalability, optimization. Working experience with Linux. Power scripting. ITIL certification. Project management experience would be plus. Job description- Product Development by working with various stakeholder, cross teams such as product owners, project managers, database architect, and technical leads. Individual contribution, coach, guide, and mentor team members in establishing ITIL process standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in documentation, knowledge base, process, tools, and technology to help improve team efficiency Offshore coordination and communicate knowledge to team and leads to effectively implement solution with larger team. Working closely with technical and end users, product teams with frequent customer interaction. Environment setup and documentation, updating/creating code migration and deployment documents. Understand project requirements, development, unit testing, review, and defect fixing using Agile methodology. Attending Scrum meetings, Standups, working and coordinating with multiple teams as required.
