Role:-Sr. Okta OAG Engineer Location:- Remote Length:- 9+ months Job Description: Member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, responsible for providing technical expertise covering the various Authentication components across the enterprise IAM solution. Provides in-depth technical development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies. Responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of the Okta/SSO IAM infrastructure solution. Job duties such as installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring, programming, testing, and documentation in a complex enterprise IAM solution. Essential Duties: Design and implement technical processes and procedures needed for the onboarding of applications into Okta. Work with the application owners and application developers to design and implement the operational processes best suited to their application. Collaborate with other Okta Engineers and the application owners to resolve technical problems. Responsible for monitoring the Okta environment for technical problems and taking immediate action where possible or escalating to the vendors when required Work with the IAM Sr Leadership team to identify, design and implement new Okta processes and procedures as the environment changes or the software is updated by the vendor. Identify ways to improve customer experiences with Okta. Ability to assist the Cloud IAM team with implementing role requests and Azure B2C app and policy setups. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science- Computer Science and/or 5 years of IT role 5 + years of work experience in an IT role with experience in Identity & Access Management role or similar role within the Identity & Access management work environment Experience in the following areas: Single Sign On (SSO)/Federation architectures Multifactor Authentication (Okta experience preferred) SAML, OAuth2 and OpenIDC Rest API services, XML, JSON Authentication/Authorization protocols Experience with task automation scripting using Power or similar language. Experience with user account provisioning using integrated HR systems Ability to solve common design and development problems. Ability to apply critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Work experience with Okta, Sailpoint (IdentityNow, IIQ) Work experience with Azure B2C, Google Cloud (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Development and coding skills are highly preferred Sonia | Technical Recruiter Mail : [email protected] Exarca Inc. 101 E.
