| Role: SAP MM, Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay Functional Lead Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire Start: ASAP Location: Remote - But local to the Twin Cities preferred Work Status Requirement: Green Card or US Citizen only SAP MM, Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay Functional Lead A SAP Materials Management Business Analyst with a strong background in S/4HANA and process consulting to join a high-performing team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map and implement improvements and support the production SAP S4 Hana system for Procure to Pay processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their Procure to Pay processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Provide process consulting to business stakeholders and identify areas of business process optimization and improvement. Work with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA to support optimized Procure to Pay processes. Analyze data and system workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Conduct training sessions for end-users and support them with issue resolution in MM and MM-EAM integrated areas. Participate in the testing of Procure to Pay functionalities and ensure the quality of solutions is delivered. Support the change management process by effectively communicating changes to impacted parties and managing change requests. Continuously monitor and analyze Procure to Pay processes, system performance, and recommend further improvements. What Skills Should You Have Bachelor's or masters degree in business, Computer Science or related field SAP MM/Sourcing and Procure to Pay experience. Nice to have EAM and Oil & Gas Industry experience. 8+ years of on hand experience in SAP MM, process mapping, configuration and implementation, integration with other SAP Modules. Process knowledge in SAP MM & EAM will be an advantage. Experience working on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects with working knowledge of Fiori apps Strong understanding of Procure to Pay business processes and process optimization Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making. Experience in process consulting and change management Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in Waterfall / SAP Activate methodologies. Local to Minnesota candidates preferred but not required.
