In this role, you will oversee and conduct test automation activities, drive CI/CD practices, and establish best practices within our Center of Excellence. Your primary focus will be on Data Integrity testing, including activities related to Reconciliation, Total Row Count, Change Event, Nullness, and Metadata. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience using Tricentis testing automation tools, particularly Tosca (version 15.0 and above). Proficiency in SQL, CI/CD integration, Git, and Agile testing in Android and iOS applications (on Ionic Framework) is required. Minimum of 2+ years of experience using Tricentis DI (Data Integrity) tool, with extensive knowledge in cloud and on-prem data ETL processes. At least 3+ years of experience leveraging DEX environment from Tosca, including creating queues, analyzing issues, and developing best practices. Strong proficiency in developing and implementing data-driven or keyword-driven testing frameworks, using tools such as Selenium, Coded UI Test (CUIT), or Unified Functional Test (UFT). Minimum of 5+ years of experience executing testing strategies, plans, methodologies, and frameworks in Agile/SAFe/DevOps/DevSecOps environments. Proven ability to define and develop test strategies, test plans, KPIs, metrics, defect management, and reporting. Highly skilled in translating requirements into detailed test cases. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in test management and automation. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis tools, including Tosca DI, Tosca, DeX, and qTest. Minimum of 3 years of experience with TOSCA DI. Minimum of 3 years of experience with the DEX environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, implementing, and executing data-driven or keyword-driven testing frameworks using Selenium, Coded UI Test (CUIT), or similar tools. Minimum of 5 years executing testing strategies, plans, methodologies, and frameworks in Agile/SAFe/DevOps/DevSecOps environments. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Java, C#, Selenium, Appium, Webservices/API, HTML, CSS. Experience with Jira. Familiarity with databases like Data Bricks and Teradata for data migration. Key Responsibilities: Perform Data Integrity testing activities and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. Configure and optimize testing tools, primarily within the Tosca framework. Provide guidance and support in implementing best practices for test automation, CI/CD integration, and Agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate test strategies, plans, and metrics. Lead meetings with other application tester teams to provide oversight and ensure quality delivery. Translate requirements and user stories into comprehensive test cases. Define and develop data management strategies and plans. Design and execute test scenarios, both individually and as part of end-to-end testing. Foster strong collaboration across stakeholders and work effectively with limited supervision. Thrive in a remote and global team environment.
