Experience in rolling out a technical solution leveraging ServiceNow capabilities like rollout for new application. 4. Good communication skill to present the solution to the leadership and get stakeholder buy-in. 5. Support the release team to assess the work effort and rollout plan. 6. Ability to guide the developers and analyst to support the delivery. Recommended 1. Previous experience in ITSM and other ServiceNow modules. 2. Previous experience in leading a technical team. 3.
