You excel at troubleshooting issues with Base Operating Systems and are open to mastering emerging technologies. Remote Support: You are experienced in troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security Apps, and similar technologies through remote support channels. Customer Interaction: You promptly answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails. You efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction. Product Knowledge: You provide customers with detailed information about our products and services. Your knowledge of our offerings helps customers make informed decisions. Issue Resolution: You identify customer issues, research solutions using available resources, and offer effective resolutions. Escalation: When necessary, you escalate issues to supervisors or appropriate resources for a swift resolution. Documentation: You maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, adhering to standard operating procedures. Trend Identification: You have a keen eye for recognizing and documenting trends in customer inquiries, helping us continuously improve our services. SOP Creation: You contribute to our knowledge base by creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their resolutions.
