Role - 

Chatbot Solution Architect

Location - Remote / EST Hours. But will have to travel to Delaware on Sept 12 and 13th.

Duration - 4 months / Till EOY

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Chatbot Solution Architect with expertise in LLMs (Language and Learning Models) and various Cloud (i.e., AWS, Google etc.) technologies. The Architect, will play a pivotal role in understanding stakeholder requirements, mapping user journeys, evaluating technology stacks and designing innovative chatbot solutions using various cloud services to support medical information. Advanced technical knowledge and strong communication skills will be essential to ensure the seamless integration of chatbot functionalities into our products and services.

Technical Requirements:

Develop technical specifications and create high-level architectural diagrams for chatbot implementations.

Experienced in leading the technical implementation of medical chatbot projects, including integration with other systems and APIs

Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate the performance and accuracy of the chatbots utilizing different models

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with specific involvement in medical chatbots and conversational AI projects.

NLP Requirements

Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and Cloud services, and integrate these technologies into the chatbot solutions

Strong understanding of medical taxonomies, ontologies and knowledge graphs etc.

Strong hands-on end to end experience in Building High-Quality Standard AI Medical Conversational Chatbots

Experienced with structured medical data sources (i.e., UMLS)

Conversations. Comprhensive Dialogue Context Models

Operational Requirements

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and map out user journeys for chatbot solutions.

Analyze existing systems and applications to identify areas where chatbots can enhance user experiences and streamline processes.

Ensure that the chatbot solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and data protection regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and UX designers, to ensure a cohesive and successful delivery of chatbot project
