From: Yogesh Sharma, StellentIT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] HP NON STOP CONSULTANT Location: Remote Interview: Phone + Skype Job description: This Advisor/IT Systems role is responsible for successful development and delivery of specific ePrescribing projects within the Adjudication Services organization. The Advisor/IT Systems must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and exceptional follow through. Responsibilities include Provide day-to-day delivery tactical delivery, research and support related to ADM projects in the e-Prescribing application Owns solution delivery and ultimately responsible for quality and timely delivery. Ensures alignment between project deliverables and the functional IT teams where e-Prescribing is an impacted application Act as the project owner for delivery of solutions specific to the ADM e-Prescribing application Coordinate all delivery activities and act as the escalation point for specific projects related to e-Prescribing Coordinate with the development teams to set clear expectations of milestones and goals. Work effectively with and lead technical personnel (Development Team, IT staff, Testers), and clearly translate business priorities and objectives into technical solutions. Technical person held singularly accountable for the successful delivery of specific projects for the e-Prescribing application Liaison amongst PMO, project managers and e-Prescribing team Represent e-Prescribing team in meetings for owned projects Risk identification, response planning and escalation to leadership for e-Prescribing projects Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: 5+ years experience on HPNS (Hewlett Packard Non-Stop) mid-range architecture. 5+ years experience with COBOL and real-time messaging in various formats - ANSI X.12, EDIFACT, XML-wrapped EDIFACT, pure XML and SOAP. Experience with native sockets (tcp/ip) and simple web services (HTTPS POST and receive) to interface with external vendors and internal applications. Experience with TACL (Tandem Advanced Command Language) scripting programming language Master of design considerations for high volume transaction systems Strong work ethic evening and weekend hours may be required. Willingness for Domestic Travel, as needed (Expected 0%-25%) Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization Working knowledge of SDLC methodology Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to interact and work effectively with technical & non technical levels within the organization Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members Ability to drive clarity of purpose and goals during release and planning activities Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with high level of attention to detail and optimistic outlook Preferred Qualifications: Functional / technical knowledge of e-Prescribing and healthcare / insurance domain EDI transactions Strong Healthcare / Life Sciences / PBM experience Superior Knowledge of PBM industry in terms of Eligibility, Adjudication / Claims, Prescriber, Drug, Formulary, Adjustment systems and plan benefits Experience with large-scale distributed systems using message queues, TPMs, ETLs Fortune 100 company experience Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related technical field required Keywords: information technology hewlett packard |
