The Training Analyst will be part of a Enterprise wide Training team that will develop a robust training capability for an SAP Implementation. The Trainer will be responsible for understanding SAP functionality and developing training material for web based trainings, job aides, etc. The role will also be responsible for conducting evaluations and analyzing feedback. Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree. DoD clearance required (must be clearable) Required Skills: 3 or more years of experience supporting training development and delivery for large SAP implementations. 1 year of experience with training tools such as SuccessFactors or Enable Now Experience working with complex client groups Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously Experience with the full software development lifecycle Active Secret Clearance (must be clearable) Primary Job Duties: Job Duty 1 with % of time Develop Training Materials 50% Job Duty 2 with % of time Create a Training Capability 50% Preferred Skills: Federal DoD experience Navy ERP experience preferred Keywords: https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=608291&uid= |
