Job Description This position directly supports the delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions to PMAs internal employees and external customers. The primary responsibilities include administration, support, and delivery of the Microsoft 365 Online Platform across the enterprise. Active engagement with customers is required to ensure security, governance, and compliance requirements are met and company information assets are protected. This position includes closely working with security, desktop/ network engineers, and governance oversight committees. Monitor Microsoft 365 product and feature releases to assess risk and identify any configuration requirements that may impact existing PMA policies and procedures. Master inventory of deployed digital workplace solutions by citizen development communities. Along with master documentation library to drive adherence to Best Practices and Corporate Policies. Collaborate with workplace product owners and stakeholders to evaluate new product features and functions. Communicate potential risks and opportunities to the Executive governance committee. Identify and monitor sources of product changes and usage, including vendor product roadmaps, administrative consoles, community blogs, release notes and other user forums, to ensure PMA is aligned with product upgrades and releases. Evaluate new product features and changes to develop a detailed understanding of how these will align with or impact existing business digital solutions. Present recommendations to Leadership based on analysis and findings. Work closely with Security and Network resources to ensure all features of the platform are monitored and optimized for performance and adhere to PMAs Corporate policies. Create and maintain a service catalog of active features, functions, and solutions. Champion innovation by evaluating new technologies and tools that will help drive collaboration and productivity within the organization. Demonstrate commitment to Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work. Qualifications Skilled and knowledgeable in the Microsoft 365 product suite with proven experience and proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and other apps that are part of the Microsoft suite. Proven experience in gaining working knowledge of business processes and workflows and identifying opportunities to utilize the M365 product suite to support and improve operational efficiency. Ability to translate and apply business and product requirements into technical approaches and concepts. Provide oversight and guidance to ensure company alignment when delivering services and solutions to customers. Work with internal departments to implement and support security, governance, and compliance requirements are met and company information assets are protected. Experience with Data Loss Prevention, RMS/IRM, Azure Information Protection configuration. Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 Online groups Okta or other SSO knowledge. Device management experience (laptops, desktops, mobile), using Intune Mobile Device / Mobile App Management, System Center Configuration Manager, and Microsoft EndPoint Configuration Manager. Experience with evaluating third party apps that could be used in the M365 environment. Working knowledge and passion of modern collaboration workplace concepts to assist with driving adoption of the collaborative tools within the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to deliver technical information in a business-friendly manner to assist with aligning Business stakeholders and departments with organizational change.
