At that point the candidate will be required to come onsite. *** Contractors who live outside of North Carolina will not be issued any state computer equipment. They are required to use DITs Citrix Remote PC system, and their personal or vendor provided computer equipment to access DITs systems. SKILLS Documented experience developing applications using .NET/C# . Documented experience developing applications using REST APIs. Documented experience using relational databases (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server) Documented experience developing applications using C++. Documented experience in application analysis and design, cost analysis, estimating staffing needs, testing, documentation, and implementation Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. Demonstrate effective communications in oral and written form. |
