Passport Number Mandatory Sets the Product Vision and Roadmap for the Value Streams, with input and buy in from the Business Owners and Lean Portfolio Management. Regularly conduct market and customer research, bringing an externally focused mindset to the product vision and roadmap. Articulate this vision and roadmap to the Agile Release Train, providing purpose and understanding of cause. Support the production of Lean Business Cases, Epic identification, and feature refinement at the Lean portfolio level! Prioritize features and negotiate enablers in the program Backlog using WSJF. Has Product Backlog content authority. Collaborate and set expectations with Product Owners, stakeholders, customers, and architects. Help to drive the Programme Increment planning. Work with other Product Managers to identify and manage dependencies that could impact the PI plan and/or Product Vision and Roadmap. Lead design teams to help shape the vision and roadmap.
