Role: Data Warehouse Developer III(Tableau Developer/Admin) Location: Madison, WI (Remote after relocation) Duration: Long Term Top Skills & Years of Experience: 4 years of experience writing complex SQL with relational databases (not generated from a tool) within the last 8 years. Tableau development 4 years Tableau site administration 4 years Dashboard development, including hands on development of analytics dashboards and working with complex data sets 6 years Working with data warehouses 4 years Agile development practices, particularly Scrum 2 years Nice to Have: a. MDM Responsibilities Design Tableau dashboards following best practices including visual design principles. Gather and document business requirements for dashboards. Provide ideas for dashboards aligning with high-level requirements and work iteratively with business partners to refine requirements to deliver the final product. Participate in the development and enforcement of Tableau standards and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Perform testing to certify data sources and Tableau dashboards for production use. Write SQL queries to execute in the data lake platform. Provide direction and mentoring to analysts on Tableau development, dashboard usability, and design best practices.
