Job Summary

As an experienced functional lead, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the of the employee lifecycle specifically with Oracle Human Capital Manager, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals and priorities. Job Responsibilities

Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)

Complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects)

Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently

Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis

Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk

Talent management, ability to cultivate a motivated, organized, and collaborative team

Experience with agility practices and methodology

Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner

Provide design recommendations and engage throughout the product lifecycle driving towards a better employee experience

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

Advanced experience within 
Oracle HCM with ORC, Oracle digital assistance, and onboarding

Experience with other SAAS products desired ie Service now

Currently has relevant Oracle Certification and/or will obtain the certification within 12 months of hire

Experience with redwood design and Oracle visual builder studio preferred

Work with Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL

Strong leadership and people manager skills

Ability to maintain system training and knowledge to ensure design is optimal, holistic, and thorough

Identify and apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects

Actively manages Service Requests

Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

2-3 years of experience within Oracle Human Capital Management ORC / Onboarding
