The MS Dynamics Implementation PM (Retail / CPG Retail) must have experience with Dynamics ERP Implementations, managing system integration firms, and management of internal business units and technology teams. Create / Maintain Comprehensive Project Plans Outline Project Scope / Schedule / Budget / Resources, etc. Establish Project Teams / Define Roles and Responsibilities / Create Communication Plans with Regular Status Updates / Stakeholder Engagement Work Closely with Stakeholders (Exec Teams / Department Managers / IT Personnel / End-Users) Ensure ERP System Meets the Requirements / Objectives Develop / Maintain Relationships with Stakeholders Communicate Project Updates / Manage Expectations Establish Project Budgets / Track Costs / Report on Budget Variances Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities / Develop Contingency Plans to Manage Project Costs Effectively Identify Project Risks / Develop Contingency Plans to Mitigate Risks Proactively Identify Risks / Develop a Risk Management Plans Risk Assessment / Response / Monitoring Manage Project Resources (Project Team Members / Vendors / Contractors) Ensure Project Team is Appropriately Staffed / Trained / Motivated to Achieve Project Goals Manage Vendor / Contractor Relationships Ensure Deliverables Are Met Within Budget / On Schedule Manage Highly Complex Business Issues Arising from Implementation of New Processes / Functions Ensure Project Tasks Are Completed On Time to the Required Quality Standards / Establish Quality Control Processes / Conduct Regular Quality Audits / Work with Stakeholders to Develop Corrective Actions Manage Integration of Solutions into Enterprise Technical Architecture / Business Environment Manage the Relationships with Consultant Project Managers Ensure Project Can Deliver Benefits Outlines in Business Cases / Meet The Reasonable Expectations of End-Users Develop / Execute Change Management Plans Stakeholder Engagement / Communication / Training to Ensure End-Users are Prepared for New System Implementations | Manage Change to Project Scope / Schedule / Budget to Ensure Stakeholders are Informed of Changes Ensure Successful Transfer of Knowledge from the Implementation Team to the Post-Implementation Support Organization / All Employees Affected by the Implementation Effectively Address Changing Priorities / Effectively Deal with Ambiguity / Effectively Make On-Time Decisions Ability to Present Information in Differing Forums with All Levels of Leadership JOB REQUIREMENTS Project Management (7+ years) Managing ERP Implementations / Systems Integrations Consultants / Change Management, etc. Dynamics Implementation PM Successfully Completed within the Retail / CPG Retail / Manufacturing Industry Analyze / Understand / Effectively Communicate Between Business Requirements / Technical Design / Implementation, etc. Business / System Lifecycle Management Budget Planning / Management Project Budgets / Track Costs / Report on Budget Variances / Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities / Develop Contingency Plans to Manage Project Costs Effectively Cloud Infrastructure / Migration / Integration (basic knowledge) with Various Software Solutions PREFERRED (not required) PMP Project Management Professional (strongly preferred) Regards!!
