Role: Oracle Forms/Report Architect Location: Schenectady, New York Duration: 30 Months Client: NY State Client Job ID#: HBITS-05-12967 Description Consultants are needed to augment state staff with the continuing support and maintenance of several Oracle Forms applications. In addition, consultants will be responsible for new java application development Duties Design and create scripts for databases, Design, develop, maintain and enhance Java applications, Test applications Create and maintain documentation Assist with implementation and ITSM incidents. Mandatory Requirements Experience (8+ Years) Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months of experience developing forms using Oracle 9i Web Forms or higher 48 months experience programming in server-side Java web applications in a multi-tier environment, using JDK 1.5 or higher. 60 months experience using PL/SQL for writing triggers and procedures. 60 months experience in a Unix environment developing Korn shell scripts. 60 months of experience working in a VMS environment developing DCL scripts. 60 months of experience creating and modifying relational database structures for Oracle RDBMS version 8.0 or higher.
