Role: Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant Location: Peapack, NJ or Saint Louis, MO, Tampa, FL [Preferable] or Remote Duration: 6+ Months Description: In this role, you will work with clients to understand business requirements and implement Workday Integration requirements for clients. Preferred Skills & Experience: Current Workday Prism or Integration Certification. 8+ years of experience with the development and/or architecture of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio 4+ years of Prism, integration experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem-solving, and process improvements Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration Ability to train and participate in professional development in both project-management and technical dimensions Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies Experience with any ETL tools and Databases in addition to Prism will be a great asset Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc. Responsibilities include but not limited to: + As a Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant/Lead, you will bring your Workday Analytics and consulting ability to work with various clients on their Workday implementation and post-production enhancements. + Led the design, build, and support testing of Workday reports and Prism use cases. + Actively communicate with other team members on cross-functional items. + Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams. + Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement of processes and assets. + Demonstrate consultative skills.
