| From: Nitu, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : Master Data Governance Manager, Vendor Management Location : " Nearshore" (Canada, Mexico, and Latin America) Remote (MST & global time zones) Duration : 12 months Role Details: Interact with business users on a daily basis to resolve master data issues, expedite resolution, and increase compliance with data processes and data standards. Escalate all issues that may have a legal or ethical impact Train business users on more effective use of SAP and SAP MDG Run designated reports weekly/bi-weekly/monthly that will support analytics, data quality dashboards, metrics, etc Support users as necessary on data processes and data standards to ensure understanding and compliance Assess and resolve all data quality issues for assigned data domain(s) Monitor data quality and work with users to address data quality issues Prioritize and manage data cleansing work Establish and document data standards, data glossaries, and update data process flows as needed. Work closely with global business process owners in Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Legal to drive business process improvement that involves master data changes Evaluate, design, test and support system changes as needed Manage the 1-2 data governance analysts, as well as the offshore/nearshore outsourced data maintenance team Training of data maintenance team Answering questions to address unusual data scenarios Scope: SAP Business Partner primarily Vendors, but some Customer data as well; mostly governed via SAP MDG but some vendor types are managed directly in SAP Third Party Workers management of offshore data maintenance team who executes requests for onboarding/extension/transfer/off-boarding of consulting/contractor/ resources into SuccessFactors Employee Central. Mandatory Skills: SAP experience Global knowledge of supplier data (address, tax, banking information) SAP MDG experience Understanding of data flows between Ariba and SAP SAP Master Data governance experience is necessary, including deduplication of data, documentation/establishment of data standards Ability to manage off-shore data maintenance team Positive attitude Problem-solving abilities in complex situations Ability to handle fast-paced work Ability to work well independently or as part of a team High sense of urgency and follow-through Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills to people at all levels of the organization.
