Master Data Governance Manager, SAP Finance Role Details : Interact with business users on a daily basis to resolve master data issues, expedite resolution, and increase compliance with data processes and data standards. Escalate all issues that may have a legal or ethical impact Train business users on more effective use of SAP and SAP MDG Run designated reports weekly/bi-weekly/monthly that will support analytics, data quality dashboards, metrics, etc Support users as necessary on data processes and data standards to ensure understanding and compliance Assess and resolve all data quality issues for assigned data domain(s) Monitor data quality and work with users to address data quality issues Prioritize and manage data cleansing work Establish and document data standards, data glossaries, and update data process flows as needed. Work closely with global business process owners in Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Legal to drive business process improvement that involves master data changes Evaluate, design, test and support system changes as needed Manage the work of one data analyst Training Answering questions to address unusual data scenarios Scope SAP Finance Master Data primarily GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Cost Elements, associated hierarchies all governed via SAP MDG; also manage activity types on an annual basis directly in SAP Master Data Governance Manager, SAP Finance Mandatory Skills : B.S.
