BCBSA is seeking an on-site IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant with a professional background in the insurance industry, along with a completed bachelors degree, an ITIL Certification and 8+ years experience leading Developers with design/development of ServiceNow ticketing system and MS Dynamics ERP for Change Management and Incident Response Plan implementation. BCBSA is seeking an ITSM Consultant to guide a team of eight full-stack .NET Developers with design/development of Knowledge Management System (KMS) involving Change Management, Incident Response Plans, Configuration Management, and development of enterprise-level roadmaps of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
