| From: Santhoshi, HAN IT Staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Technical Analyst /Configuration Engineer - Onsite Work Location: Atlanta, GA Client: Cox Communication Job Summary: - Technical Analyst with a development background (any technology java, .net) and good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - This candidate will mainly Learn/understand/update logical expressions based in their companys proprietary syntax which allows Configuration Engineers to modify logical expressions through the companys Product Catalog (e.g., Configuration Tool) - Publish to Test and Production environments real-time in order to meet project/business rules and goals. Secondary and enabling responsibilities include; -Duties and Responsibilities: Need technical-level problem-solving. Candidate should be able to articulate a complex concept they worked on and the solution. Looking for technical and analytical capabilities Candidate should have a prior development background to understand syntaxes, logic, and expressions. Candidate should be able to learn/understand/update logical expressions based on companys proprietary (homegrown tool) syntax and modify logical expressions through their Product Catalog. Publish the changes to Test and Production environments in real time and validate the changes. Candidates with prior experience in telco, cable industry, customer ordering applications (preferred) Candidates earlier worked on setting up/configuring product catalogs (preferred) Build and maintain a Configuration Engineer Project Playbook (Word document). Assist in troubleshooting and resolving daily observed Automation issues so that this team member can both learn through this highly collaborative environment and support/grow cooperative relationships with other key team members.
