Please check the below requirement and send me your updated Resume Project manager- Retail Bank Branch Builds PM USC/GC Preferred Hybrid - Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania - Mid Atlantic Region Skype JD Major Investment and Retail Banking GIANT is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple Retail Bank Branch Moves and Build Outs. The PM will oversee ALL IT related needs for the branches as well as contract out wiring/electrical/HVAC/etc.... This candidate will design telecom rooms & user spaces for new build & renovated retail facilities in coordination with other trades. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Deep knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, resilience, or performance assessments Drives to continue to develop technical and cross-functional knowledge outside of the product Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, related field and or technical training. A minimum of five years experience preparing structured cabling designs primary focus on user space, telecom room design, security/AV, and tenant fit-out. Proficient with AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook. Strong background in IT service delivery role (i.e. engineering support for projects). Has participated in design and/or implementation of major IT projects. Conversant with the English language. Proficiency in other languages is desirable. Willingness to travel estimated at 10%. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification is preferred. Familiarity with Revit and Visio is desirable. Varied experience in multi-vendor cabling, connecting hardware, cabinet, rack, power strip solutions. Knowledge of Wi-Fi, audio visual and security infrastructure cabling systems. Experience in hierarchical network design strategies (i.e. WAN, Core, Aggregation, etc.). Working competence with modifying designs to meet customer-driven requirements and to accommodate unique installation challenges. Client interfacing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management.
