NorthShore is bringing 4 systems together as 1 and are implementing Workday as their ERP. This individual will ensure all aspects of the Workday Benefits module are functioning correctly. They will augment the team and provide support to escalated tickets. They will also be conducting investigations to changes in employee benefits and understanding why changes have occurred. Recommending configuration changes as needed. Skills/Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is a Workday Benefits expert Must be 95% on functional side as they dont need technical one. Most of the projects should be with Healthcare companies.
