And if you are comfortable with the requirement please attach your updated profile Position Title: Workday Consultant Location: Remote Expected Duration: 04+Months Pay Range: $52/hr c2c Visa- GC , USC Preferred Skills & Experience Current Workday Prism or Integration certification 8years of experience with development and/or architecture of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio 4years of Prism, integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration Ability to train and participate in the professional development in both project-management and technical dimensions Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies Experience with any ETL tools, Databases in addition to Prism will be a great asset Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc. Responsibilities include but not limited to: As a Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant/Lead, you will bring your Workday Analytics and consulting ability to work with various clients on their Workday implementation and post-production enhancements Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday reports and Prism use cases. Actively communicate with other team members on cross functional items. Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams. Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets.
